CIS Verification Request E-Filed Status
Use
In this screen you can view your contractor's CIS Verification Request e-filed status. The details include contractor's name, e-filed status, tax month end date, HMRC eTimestamp, contractor's PAYE reference number, etc. If the batch list is too long to be viewed, click on the Next option, provided below to view the rest of the batches. Click on the Previous option to come to the preceding screen.

Fields Available
- Contractor Name: The contractor's name will be displayed here.
- UTR: The contractors UTR number will be displayed here.
- Contractor PAYE Ref.: The contractor's PAYE reference number will be displayed here.
- User Ref.: If you have entered the user reference before uploading the batches then, it will appear here.
- Total Subbies: The total number of subcontractors records e-filed will be displayed here.
- HMRC e Timestamp: The date and time when the CIS 300 Monthly Returns were e-filed to the HMRC will be displayed here.
- E-Filed Status: The e-filed status will be displayed here.
- E-Filed Certificate & Digital Receipt: You can view or take a print out of the E-Filed certificate and the HMRC Digital Receipt. To view or take a print out, click on View/Print link corresponding to the appropriate contractor's name.
- E-Filed Details: You can view or take a print out of the CIS Verification Request e-filed details. To view or take a print out, click on View/Print link corresponding to the appropriate contractor's name.
- HMRC Verified Subcontractor Tax Status: You can view or take a print out your verified subcontractors Tax Status. To view or take a print out, click on View/Print link corresponding to the appropriate contractor's name.
- Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example View, Remove, etc.
Associated Tasks
- View/Print: To view or take a print out of the contractor's documents that you have E-Filed, click on the link corresponding to the appropriate contractor's name.
- View Error: To view the reason for failure to e-file the document click on this link.
- Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
- Remove: You can remove the document that has failed to e-file to HMRC by clicking on this link. After removing the document you can fill in the correct details and upload it afresh.
